A clandestine culinary experience on a book only basis with eclectic dishes prepared and served by an award winning team - for your eyes only! ΦΒΚ is our take on the American University fraternities, where the Φ in the original phrase “Φιλοσοφία Βίου Κυβερνήτης” (Love of learning governs life) for us represents “Φαγητό” (food). Head down the rabbit hole to our cellar and turn the key to unlock a unique speakeasy dining experience in which chef Dimosthenis Balopoulos commands an open kitchen. Fine dining in a retro urban space flanked by smoked meats and a fully fledged wine cellar.
